Mountain Peak Elementary Transition Information
Welcome to Mountain Peak Elementary
Beginning with the 2026–2027 school year, Heritage Elementary and Summit View Elementary will come together as Mountain Peak Elementary School. This transition is part of the Douglas County School District's school consolidation plan, approved by the Board of Education to address changing enrollment patterns and ensure students continue to benefit from strong academic programs, resources, and opportunities. Mountain Peak Elementary will be located at the current Summit View Elementary campus and will serve students and families from both school communities.
